Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

Sadhana Cheshire respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect when you join our launch list, how we use it, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.

Who we are

For the purposes of the UK GDPR, the data controller is Sadhana Cheshire Limited, based in Congleton, Cheshire. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, you can contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you sign up to our launch list, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address

We also automatically collect limited technical and marketing data through the tools listed below, which may include your IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our page (for example, the advert or link you clicked).

How we use your data

We use the information you give us to:

  • Add you to our launch and marketing email list
  • Send you news about our opening, class timetables, early access and founding member offers
  • Understand how our adverts and sign-up page are performing so we can improve them

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent to send you marketing emails, which you give by submitting the sign-up form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, or by contacting us directly. Withdrawing consent will not affect any communications sent before you opted out.

For the technical and analytics data described above, we rely on our legitimate interests in measuring and improving our marketing, balanced against your rights.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run our marketing, who act as our data processors:

  • HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our customer relationship and email marketing platform, which stores your details and sends our emails
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising and conversion measurement via the Meta Pixel
  • Google Analytics — website and campaign performance measurement

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed to our list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we will remove it promptly, other than any minimal record we are required to keep to honour your opt-out.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict how we use it
  • Withdraw your consent to marketing at any time
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

Cookies and tracking

Our sign-up page uses cookies and similar technologies from Meta and Google to measure advert performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. For more detail on how these providers use data, see the Meta Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.

If you would like this policy in another format, or have any questions, contact us at [email protected].
